A wide variety of events and activities guarantee that the people can enjoy good beer at various levels. In addition to that, Überquell also stands for sustainable management and social responsibility. And they are also one of the initiators of the 'Hamburg Beer Week'. Multicolored beer variety coming from North-Germany's metropolis Hamburg.
The combination of brew pub, micro brewery and restaurant at the River Elbe opened its gates in 2017. The brewery was founded by Axel Ohm and Patrick Rüther, two well-known restaurateurs. Their range of beers comprises both traditional German beers as well as modern and trendy styles like IPAs, Pale Ales, Non-alcoholic and Imperial Stout. Apart from that, Überquell's brew master Tobi, who has gained quite some experience in Russia, South and Central America, plays out his creativity with some limited brews every year: Triple IPA, Sour Ale with mango and hibiscus, Lager with Christmas-typical spices, Barrel Aged Stout and even a Gruit beer - the range of Überquell is beer diversity writ large!
