Sudden Death Brewing Co. is a brewing company founded by Olli and Ricky, two avid ice hockey fans and beer lovers from Northern Germany. You grew up on the Baltic Sea, where ice hockey has a long tradition. Ice hockey has been with her since she was a child, and Olli was even an active player. While traveling to see their favorite NHL team, the Boston Bruins, play, they discovered another passion: beer.
Inspired by the beer styles in America, they brought the idea home and soon got to work in their own cellar. Due to Sudden Death's large fan base, the capacity quickly became too small. Today the guys from Sudden Death brew in their own brewery in Lübeck - by the way the largest brewery in Lübeck including a chic brewpub and in-house pizzas.
