Brewed in collaboration with Põhjala, this innovative kettle-soured wheat ale uses a classic wheat beer yeast as the perfect base to explore new ideas. Featuring Yops, a naturally fermented hop extract, the beer is infused with twelve hand-picked botanicals native to Denmark and Estonia – including chamomile, heather, rosehip, sage, lemon balm, yarrow, meadowsweet, linden blossom, mullein, calendula, violet, and hibiscus. The result is a delicately tart, floral, and refreshing beer with unexpected depth.
