The small Franconian brand has developed a technique that allows brewers to brew conventional beer naturally. Through a more intensive cooking process, long, cool storage and the use of historical, low-gluten barley varieties, Oskar Döllinger has succeeded in brewing gluten-free beer according to the Bavarian Purity Law, which tastes just like normal beer. Simply delicious. The organic malt drink flows into the glass in shimmering copper mahogany and is adorned with a small crown of dense, slightly tinted foam.
