Via Carolina - Collab Sibeeria x Maisel & Friends
A German-Czech collaboration with a history:
Following our collaboration with Sibeeria at Hopfenreiter 2025, it was time to brew a beer with Sibeeria in Prague. The result is an exceptional Cold IPA – with a hint of smoke. The amount of smoked malt is so subtle that it's only on the second or third sip that you're truly sure whether you're perceiving the smoky note or not.
The beer was hopped with Solero, Strata, and Hallertau Blanc Cryo hops. These hops lend the beer an elegant interplay of aromas reminiscent of a fresh Sauvignon Blanc – with nuances of citrus fruits and a touch of strawberry.
The name Via Carolina is an homage to the historic trade route that once connected Prague and Nuremberg – and is now reinterpreted as a flavorful bridge between two brewing cultures.
