Together with the Cologne crew from Lieber Waldi, Orca Brau has written the second chapter of the pizza-beer saga.
“I want more pizza!” is a juicy New England IPA with a creamy, soft body made from barley, wheat, and oat malt – full-bodied, smooth, and intense in flavor.
Hopped with BRU-1, Sultana, and Vic Secret – all varieties that deliver bold pineapple and tropical fruit notes. On top of that, pineapple purée adds even more fruitiness and texture, along with a generous dose of pizza spices that are far more than just decoration. They’re noticeable, savory, and herbaceous, designed to really fire up your “pizza cinema” imagination.
A hint of smoked malt and smoked salt rounds everything off, creating a subtle “prosciutto” impression.
