Hopped with dried and frozen "Sapphire cone hops" from the parental garden from our good friend at the brewery Dr. Johannes Sauer aka "the beer doctor". Parts of the proceeds are donated to the IBV e.v. are donated and flow into the "Noah's Ark Fund" which is used to buy up areas and bodies of water in Bavaria in order to place them under nature conservation.
