Together with Lervig, we've brewed the first edition of our new Fusion IPA series: a powerful, velvety-smooth Hazy Double IPA, the Norwegians' signature style. The hop varieties Citra, Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Mosaic give Maisel & Friends Fusion IPA – Lervig a wonderfully tropical aroma.
The Lervig craft brewery has been a friend of ours for several years. Back in 2023, they were our guests to brew the eighth Hopfenreiter with us. In their hometown of Stavanger, the Norwegians brew a wide variety of beer specialties, from easy-drinking pilsners and fantastic IPAs to complex, barrel-aged stouts, barley wines, and sour beers. One of the brewers' greatest passions? Finding inspiration through travel and collaborations with other breweries – so we're a perfect match!
