Huppendorfer Vollbier

Grasser Brewery's so-called 'Vollbier' ('whole' or 'entire' beer) quite rightly ranks as one of the classics  in the region of Bamberg. It embodies the perfect Franconian Lager. Its bright straw-colored clear hue in the glass is topped with a solid, fluffy, slightly beige-colored foam. The fine bubbles find their way to feeding the foam with determination.
