Hop Hooligans - Stellar Spectrum

Stellar Spectrum is an innovative DDH Westcoast Pilsner, developed in collaboration between Hop Hooligans and Barth-Haas. This beer stands out due to its almost exclusive use of liquid hop products. Citra and Chinook Incognito were used in the hot side of brewing, while Tango and HBC1019 Spectrum were added during fermentation. The result is a slightly stronger pilsner at 6% ABV, with grapefruit peel aromas and floral notes. It starts fruity and develops into a dry bitterness, maintaining a distinct grapefruit character.
