In Hungary's capital you will meet your local guides from the resident brewery Mad Scientist. Knowing the best corners of the city, the team have put their expertise into a Double India Pale Ale that captures the spirit of their city. The brew is flavored with the Loral, Enigma and Amora Preta hop varieties and brings a whopping 7.5% alcohol content to the table. In the glass, the creation is wonderfully creamy: the heavily cloudy brew flows almost viscous out of the can and spreads throughout the room with an olfactory fruit basket of tropical fruits. The drink follows quickly and explodes on the tongue with orange peel, pineapple, tangerine, mango, passion fruit and peach. Hazy Discovery Budapest masterfully balances fruity sweetness with hoppy bitterness.
